Fogg Industries isn’t taking on new clients right now — but thanks for stopping by.

The Process

From first email to
live campaigns.

No mystery, no black box. Here's exactly what happens when you work with Fogg – from the moment you reach out to the day your ads go live and every month after that.

Eight steps.
No surprises.

I've done this hundreds of times. It's calm, it's clear, and nothing happens without your knowledge and approval at every stage.

01
You reach out
Fogg isn't taking on new clients at this time.
02
I send you a short list of questions
Within one business day* I'll reply with a handful of straightforward questions about your business, your goals, and your current situation. No lengthy forms, no briefing documents. Just what I need to understand your world properly before recommending anything.
03
I send you a proposal
Once I understand your business, I'll put together a clear PDF proposal. It covers what I'd do, which platforms make sense, estimated monthly hours, and an expected monthly management fee. You'll know what you're signing up for before anything starts. No surprises later.
📄 Delivered as a PDF by email
04
You approve – or you don't
A reply email is all it takes. No contracts, no signatures, no commitments beyond month-to-month. If the proposal looks good, we move forward. If it doesn't, no hard feelings – I'd rather you be confident than reluctant.
05
You grant me access to your accounts
This is the part that sounds complicated but genuinely isn't. Google, Meta, and Microsoft all have a secure built-in system for giving an agency access – no passwords ever change hands. You invite me as a manager on your existing account. I accept. That's it. Full details on exactly how to do this are in the Getting Started guide I'll send you.
🔒 Secure – your passwords never leave you
06
We set up conversion tracking
Before a single ad goes live, I make sure your tracking is set up correctly. This means conversion events, pixels, and any other measurement tools your campaigns need. I don't optimize what I can't measure, and I won't launch until the data foundation is solid.
07
Campaigns go live
I build and launch your campaigns. Keywords, ad copy, targeting, bidding – everything set up properly from day one. You'll know when things are live, and I'll tell you what to expect in the first few weeks as the algorithm gathers data.
08
Monthly management, reporting, and billing
Every month you get a full transparent report – every hour I worked, what I did, what it cost, and what it produced. I invoice once a month on net 30 terms. Your ad spend goes directly from your account to the platform – it never passes through me.
📅 Net 30 billing*  ·  Full transparent breakdown every month

Simple, honest,
transparent.

No retainers, no flat fees, no guessing. You pay for the hours I work, nothing more. Every hour is logged and explained in plain English.

Your accounts stay
yours. Always.

The most common concern I hear: "What if I give you access and something goes wrong?" Here's how each platform actually works – and why your accounts are always safe.

🆕
Google Ads

You invite my manager account (ID: 216-847-8390) directly from inside your Google Ads account. I get access to your campaigns. I never see your password, your billing details, or your payment method. You can remove me in seconds, at any time.

📱
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

You add Fogg as a Partner inside Meta Business Manager using my Business ID. You control exactly which assets I can see – your ad account, pixel, page. No password is ever shared. Meta built this system specifically so businesses never have to hand over login credentials.

💻
Microsoft Ads

You invite me as a user inside your Microsoft Ads account with the "Advertiser Campaign Manager" role. That means I can manage campaigns but can't touch billing, payment settings, or account ownership. You stay in full control.

🔒
The bottom line on security

All three platforms use the same model: you invite, you control the access level, and you can remove me at any time with a single click. Your passwords never change hands. Your billing details are never visible to me. Your accounts are yours before we start and they're yours after we finish. That's not a promise – that's how the platforms are built.

Ready to get started?

Sounds good.
Let's talk.

The first step is just a conversation. Tell me about your business and what you're trying to build. I'll take it from there.
