Google Ads

Google uses a "Manager Account" system. You invite my manager account ID and I accept the link. I can then see and manage your campaigns. I cannot see your billing details, change your payment method, or access anything outside of Google Ads. You can remove me at any time from inside your account.
What you'll need before you start
Your Google Ads account login (the email you use to sign into Google Ads)
My Manager Account ID: 216-847-8390
1
Sign in to Google Ads
Go to ads.google.com and sign in with your Google account.
2
Open Admin → Access and Security
Click the Admin icon in the left sidebar (it looks like a wrench or gear). Then click Access and Security.
3
Click the Managers tab
You'll see tabs at the top of the Access and Security page. Click the one that says Managers.
4
Click the + button to link a manager
Click the blue + button. A field will appear asking for a manager account ID.
5
Enter my Manager Account ID
Type in 216-847-8390 and click Send Request. That's it on your end – I'll accept the link from my side and confirm by email.

🔒

Your security: Linking a manager account gives me access to your campaigns only. I cannot see your credit card, change your payment method, or do anything with your Google account outside of Google Ads. Google's own security guidance recommends this method specifically because no passwords are ever shared. You can remove my access instantly from the same Managers tab.

📱

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

Meta uses a "Business Partner" system inside Meta Business Manager. You add Fogg as a partner using my Business ID and choose which assets to share – your ad account, Facebook Page, Instagram account, and pixel. You control exactly what I can and can't see. No passwords, no personal account access.
What you'll need before you start
Access to your Meta Business Manager account at business.facebook.com
My Fogg Industries Business Manager ID – I'll send this to you by email before you start
Admin access to your Business Manager (if you're not sure, check with whoever set it up)
1
Go to Meta Business Settings
Go to business.facebook.com, click the menu icon (top left), and select Business Settings.
2
Click Partners in the left sidebar
In the left menu, scroll to the Users section and click Partners.
3
Click Add → Give a partner access to your assets
Click the blue Add button. A window will appear with two options – choose Give a partner access to your assets.
4
Enter my Business Manager ID
Paste in the Business Manager ID I sent you by email and click Next.
5
Assign the assets and permissions
You'll see a list of your assets. Select your Ad Account, Facebook Page, Instagram Account, and Pixel. For each one, set the permission to Manage. Then click Save.

🔒

Your security: Meta built the Partner system specifically so businesses never have to share passwords with agencies. I only get access to the assets you choose. I can't see your personal Facebook profile, your payment details, or any other part of your Business Manager you haven't shared. You can remove my access at any time from the Partners tab.

💻

Microsoft Ads

Microsoft Ads uses an email invitation system. You invite me as a user and assign me the "Advertiser Campaign Manager" role, which means I can build and manage campaigns but cannot access billing, payment settings, or account ownership. You stay in full control.
What you'll need before you start
Your Microsoft Ads account login at ads.microsoft.com
My email address: john@foggindustries.com
1
Sign in to Microsoft Ads
Go to ads.microsoft.com and sign in.
2
Click the gear icon → Account Access
Click the gear/settings icon in the top right corner. In the dropdown, select Account Access.
3
Click User Management → Invite User
Select User Management and then click Invite User.
4
Fill in my details
Enter my name (John Lowry), email (john@foggindustries.com), and set the role to Advertiser Campaign Manager. This gives me campaign access without billing or admin access.
5
Click Send Invitation
I'll receive an email invitation, accept it, and confirm with you once I'm in. The whole thing takes about 5 minutes on your end.

🔒

Your security: The Advertiser Campaign Manager role is designed specifically for agency partners. I can build, edit, and manage campaigns. I cannot see your billing information, change your payment method, manage other users, or access account ownership settings. You can remove my access at any time from the same Account Access screen.

That's everything.

Once I've confirmed access on all the platforms we're working with, I'll get to work on your campaigns. You'll hear from me before anything goes live – no surprises, ever. If you hit a snag on any of these steps, just email or call me and I'll walk you through it.
